The shared kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, cutlery, and crockery.
Outside chill area, off-street parking.
Just bring your bedding and clothes and move in!

Rooms cleaned every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, kitchen, and bathrooms cleaned daily, dishes washed for you.
One load of washing per week folded (no ironing) R50 per load thereafter.
Gas heaters in each room gas bottles for your own expense we supply - you don't have to go and fetch it :)

Large and medium-size rooms R4,500 per month.
Small room R3,000 per month
Prices include all of the above and water and electricity.

There is one large room and one small room that share a bathroom, one medium-sized room with its own bathroom-en-suite - bathrooms with showers.
The larger room could be shared by two people at R3,000 each pm
OPTIONAL for the REALLY busy person:
Daily home-cooked meals available on request
- weekly menu - R80 per meal paid upfront.

Centrally located near Eastgate Shopping Center, close to OR Tambo and all main highways 10 minutes from JHB CBD.
